Operating model training for MAT leaders

Service Description

We are able to provide operating model support as a training event, as an alternative to full consultancy. This may suit smaller MATs who need some signposting, or larger ones that feel they have the capacity to deliver the review internally. If having attended training you decide you would also like our help, the training fee will be deduced from your consultancy costs.
