From Core to Strategic: The Evolving Role of Trust Operations
What does “leading practice” look like across central Trust functions — and how do you compare?
We are undertaking sector-wide research to explore how central Trust functions — including Finance, IT, Estates and People — are evolving from core service delivery to playing a more strategic role in Trust performance and growth. The findings will inform a CJK white paper, developed in partnership with CST, which will be shared at the CST Annual Conference in October.
The short surveys below focus on the scope of services delivered by central teams, from transactional activity through to strategic value. We are inviting one response per Trust per function, to be completed by (or on behalf of) the most senior person responsible for that area.
Please select the survey(s) most relevant to your role — each takes around 10–15 minutes to complete. We’d be grateful if you could also share this with colleagues responsible for other functions within your Trust.
All responses will be treated as confidential and will be accessed only by the CJK research team.
As a thank you, you will have the option to request a free personalised benchmarking report, comparing your Trust to others.
